Our business has expanded rapidly over the past few years and we are in need of someone to be “responsible for the planning and execution of our service technicians. This role requires great attention to detail in order to make that all parts, tools, instructions and order details are made available to the field service staff to meet our client’s requirements for timely and effective completion of the task.” Organization is key in this role, but there are some skills and experience needed as well:
- Excellent leadership and entrepreneurial skills
- Customer service to deal with customers and stakeholders
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
- Valid NBCSA Safety Passport with basic modules completed
